Custom Order Products Include But Are Not Limited To Any Product Available Offering More Than One Size And/Or More Than One Color/Finish That Must Be Selected Before Purchase.

We Reserve The Right To Approve A Cancellation On Any Order, However We Also Reserve The Right To Charge A 25% Cancellation Fee.

We Only Accept Returns On Products If They Are Defective Or Damaged During Shipping. Send An Email To support@michiganmetalartwork.com. Include Your Order Number, Email Used For Billing, & Reason For Return.

Then We Will Validate Your Receipt Of Purchase With Information You Provide Us, & Assist You With Completing The Exchange For The Defective Or Damaged Product.

Custom Order Products Are Exempt From Being Returned, Unless The Product Has Defects, Is Different From The Custom Details That You Provided Us, Or Is Damaged During Shipping.

Damaged Shipment Overview

To Be Eligible For Any Replacement For Damaged Contents At Our Discretion, You Must Provide To Us The Following Information Within 7 Days Of Receiving The Shipment. Failure To Do So Will Result In Denial Of Any Replacement.

  • Proof Of Damage Using Photos That Clearly Show (If Applicable):
  • Packaging With The Shipping Label Information
  • The Extent Of The Damage Including The Outer Packaging
  • The Extent Of The Damage Including The Inner Packaging
  • The Extent Of The Damage Of The Actual Item(s)

If Your Shipment Was Damaged, Keep The Original Packaging & The Damaged Item(s) Until Notified By Us. You May Be Asked To Present Them To The Shipping Provider For Inspection. Please Do Not Reship The Package Unless Notified By Us.

Return Shipping

To Return Or Exchange Your Product, You Will Send It Back To The Address Provided On The Original Shipping Label.

You Will Be Responsible For Paying The Shipping Costs For Returning A Product. Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable.

If You Receive A Refund, The Return Shipping Costs Will Be Deducted From The Refund.

Depending On Your Location, The Delivery Time For The Exchanged Product May Vary.

If You Are Shipping A Product Over $50, You Should Consider Using A Shipping Service With Extended Tracking Or Purchasing Shipping Insurance.
