RETURNS:

Our Policy Lasts 14 Days. If 14 Days Have Passed Since Your Purchase, Unfortunately We Can’t Offer You A Refund Or Exchange.

To Be Eligible For A Return, Your Product Must Be Unused & In The Same Condition That You Received It. It Must Also Be In The Original Packaging With Product Tags Attached.

Custom Order Products Are Exempt From Being Returned, Unless The Product Has Defects, Is Different From The Custom Details That You Provided Us, Or Is Damaged During Shipping.

To Initiate A Return, Send An Email To support@michiganmetalartwork.com. Include Your Order Number, Email Used For Billing, Reason For Return, & Whether Or Not You Are Seeking A Refund Or An Exchange.

Then We Will Validate Your Receipt Of Purchase With Information Provided To Us, & Assist You With Completing The Return Or Exchange.

REFUNDS:

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once Your Return Is Received & Inspected By Us, We Will Send You An Email To Notify You That We Have Received Your Returned Product. We Will Also Notify You Of An Approval Or Denial Of The Refund.

If You Are Approved, Then Your Refund Will Be Processed, & A Credit Will Automatically Be Applied To Your Credit / Debit Card Or Original Method Of Payment, Within A Few Days.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

There Are A Few Days Of Processing Time From When We Initiate Your Credit Before The Refund Is Officially Posted.

If We Email You To Notify The Refund Was Initiated & You Haven’t Received A Refund Yet, Please Check With Your Bank Or Credit Card Company To Verify If The Amount Is Pending.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We Only Exchange Products If They Are Defective Or Damaged During Shipping. Send An Email To support@michiganmetalartwork.com. Include Your Order Number, Email Used For Billing, & Reason For Exchange.

Then We Will Validate Your Receipt Of Purchase With Information You Provide Us, & Assist You With Completing The Exchange.

Shipping

To Return Or Exchange Your Product, You Will Send It Back To The Address Provided On The Original Shipping Label.

You Will Be Responsible For Paying The Shipping Costs For Returning A Product. Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable.

If You Receive A Refund, The Return Shipping Costs Will Be Deducted From The Refund.

Depending On Your Location, The Delivery Time For The Exchanged Product May Vary.

If You Are Shipping A Product Over $50, You Should Consider Using A Shipping Service With Extended Tracking Or Purchasing Shipping Insurance.
