Well- constructed- metal is thick enough to be sturdy and was easy to mount. I was expecting a multi-toned on silver piece from the product picture, but it’s really bronze. Because o got the larger size, the torched area is smaller in proportion to the overall flower area than the product picture, too. So I’m a little disappointed that it’s not as colorful as I’d thought it would be. Still very pretty, though.
I reached out to the owner because I had a tight schedule and they went above and beyond to get it to me on time. The sign is of outstanding quality and looks even better in person. Great company to do business with. Highly recommended!!!

The piece: GORGEOUS! Transparently, I have not seen the tree yet in person - it was a gift. The recipient was clearly VERY happy with it, finding it even more beautiful in person than he expected, so I am really happy and would definitely order another piece in the future from this site and artist!
Communication: Seller's communication not super quick, but that's ok because he did reply to address our questions (about the piece) and remedy concerns (about the shipping). I found his answers to be honest and forthright, so lots of stars there. Shipping: Ugh, a bit delayed, both seemingly on the part of the seller (a weight issue) and then definitely UPS (which is clearly not seller's fault), with UPS giving 3 different delivery data. But it arrived unharmed - so that is a win! Overall, very pleased!
